KLOA Participant Consent Agreement for User Research

Purpose of the Research:
You are invited to participate in a user research session organized by KLOA. The goal of this session is to help us better understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences to improve our products and services. Your participation will provide valuable feedback that guides our design and development decisions.

What Participation Involves:
If you agree to participate, you may be asked to share feedback, answer questions, and/or use products or services under development. Sessions may include interviews, usability tests, surveys, or similar research activities. The session will last from approximately 15 to 60 minutes. Your participation is entirely voluntary.

Data Collection and Privacy:
With your permission, the session may be audio- or video-recorded, and notes may be taken. We may collect information about your feedback, interactions, and any responses you provide. All data will be stored securely, accessible only to our research and product teams, and used solely for research and product improvement purposes. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent. Any research findings will be reported in aggregate or anonymized formats.

Voluntary Participation & Right to Withdraw:
Your participation is voluntary. You may decline to answer any question or stop participating at any time without penalty or loss of compensation (if offered).

Compensation:
You may receive a gift card, voucher, cash payment, or no compensation for your participation. If you withdraw before completing the session, partial or no compensation may be provided, as appropriate.
